Riki F. Lovejoy | Owner/President
Riki has over 35 years in the construction industry working with Owners, General Contractors, and Subcontractors as well as designers and engineers which allows for a full understanding of the needs of each team member to provide a successful project. As 100% owner of RFL Consulting, Riki has qualified the company as a minority-owned contractor through the National Minority Suppliers Diversity Council. Riki's dedication to the construction industry led her to be elected as the National President of the National Association of Women in Construction in 2015/2016.
K. Wayne Blaylock | VP of Construction Management
For over 50 years Mr. Blaylock has worked in every facet of the construction industry including civil engineering, architecture, structural engineering, general contracting, subcontracting, as well as being Owner/Developer. This vast exposure provides a wealth of knowledge that Wayne generously shares with clients and staff .

Shaun Muse | Consultant - Project Manager
Mr. Muse brings over ten years of project management and trouble shooting skills to the RFL Consulting Solutions Team. His attention to details as well as his ability to effectively liaise with all levels of team members contributes to the success of his projects. Mr. Muse has a passion to continue learning new and relevant techniques and provide open communications among his team members to motivate and problem solve.
Claire Sukiennik | Consultant - Project Manager
Ms. Sukiennik brings strategic and budget planning, and project management skills from different industries including construction to the RFL Consulting Solutions Team. Her attention to detail as well as her interpersonal and communication skills is a key component to her project successes. Additionally, Ms. Sukiennik’s enthusiasm and aspirations for continued career growth are contagious attributes that translates to team members at all levels.
Gary A. Fischer | Consultant - Project Manager
With over thirty years in the construction industry, Mr. Fischer brings a wealth of knowledge to the RFL Consulting Solutions Team from his work in development, Owner Representation, design, program and project management and dispute resolution. Mr. Fischer’s exuberant attitude and dedication to a job well done is contagious and lends itself to a positive team experience on any project.
