Riki F. Lovejoy | Owner/President

Riki  has over 35 years  in the construction industry working with Owners, General Contractors, and Subcontractors as well as designers and engineers which allows for a full understanding of the needs of each team member to provide a successful project.  As 100% owner of RFL Consulting, Riki has qualified the company as a minority-owned contractor through the National Minority Suppliers Diversity Council. Riki's dedication to the construction industry led her to be elected as the National President of the National Association of Women in Construction in 2015/2016. 

K. Wayne Blaylock | VP of Construction Management

For over 50 years Mr. Blaylock  has worked in every facet of the construction industry including civil engineering, architecture, structural engineering, general contracting, subcontracting,  as well as being Owner/Developer. This  vast exposure provides  a wealth of knowledge that Wayne generously shares with clients and staff .
